What it does not change: The actual process of recovery itself. A drive sent in from Cornwall receives the same hardware, the same engineers, and the same fixed pricing as a drive brought into Ancoats.

When sending us an external drive please include the entire enclosure. On WD units, the encryption key resides on the bridge board located within the case of the unit.

If a quoted price can be changed after the hard drive has been opened then it is not a quote. Simply ask if the quote price you have been provided with can increase. Our prices do not!
